Invoices

Account details, statement period, opening and closing balances, and every transaction with date, description, amount, and running balance.

Credit-card statements, brokerage statements, W-2s and 1099-NECs get the same treatment. English, Spanish, French, German, and Italian documents are all supported.

Questions, answered

Can you handle handwritten receipts?

Yes, as long as a person could read the handwriting. AI accuracy is lower on handwriting, so we review every handwritten document by hand before delivery.

What if my photo is blurry or cut off?

We'll flag it and ask for a re-shoot, usually within a few hours. There's no charge for re-uploads.

How is this different from a free phone OCR app?

Phone apps grab a total and a date. We capture full line items, reconcile the sums, run a verifier second pass, and have a person review anything uncertain. Apps tend to fall apart on long receipts and on statements with dozens of transactions; our process doesn't.

Do you do my taxes?

No. We prep clean, structured data. You file with TurboTax, FreeTaxUSA, or your CPA. We're happy to format the output to match a specific accountant's template.

What happens to my documents?

They're used only to complete your order, then deleted from our system within 30 days of delivery. We never sell your data or use it to train AI models. See our privacy page for details.

Which file formats can I send?

PNG, JPG, PDF, and HEIC (iPhone). For multi-page bank statements, a PDF works best.

Can I send non-English documents?

English, Spanish, French, German, and Italian receipts and invoices are supported. For other languages, ask us first.
