Paperwork Pilot is a small, US-based service. You're trusting us with financial paperwork, so here is exactly how we treat it — in plain language.

What we collect

• The documents you send us (receipts, invoices, statements, and similar).
• The contact details you give us so we can deliver your order and answer questions.

What we do with it

We use your documents for one purpose only: to extract the data you asked for and return it to you as CSV and PDF files. That's it.

What we never do

• We never sell, rent, or share your documents or data with third parties.
• We never use your documents or data to train AI models.
• We never post, publish, or repurpose your files.

How long we keep it

Your source documents and the output files are deleted from our systems within 30 days of delivering your order. If you'd like them deleted sooner, just ask and we'll confirm when it's done.

How it's processed

Documents are processed through an AI extraction pipeline and reviewed by a person before delivery. Files are handled over encrypted connections and are not left exposed on public links.

What we are not

We prepare clean, structured data. We are not accountants, tax preparers, or attorneys, and nothing we deliver is tax, legal, or accounting advice. You or your professional are responsible for how the data is used and filed.
